Lead Times
Garador Usual lead time is 15 working Days to manufacture with doors shipping on the following Friday. South Island add 1-2 weeks.
Windsor Doors Usual lead time is 7 working Days to manufacture with doors shipping on the following Monday. South Island add 1-2 weeks
Returns
As every Door is custom made for you we are unable to accept returns if you have made a mistake with measuring but we are generally happy to assist with reselling incorrect doors to help you fund the re-order.
Delivery
Once the carrier has collected the door they will plan their scheduled and then call you to confirm the delivery day and approximate time. Due to schedules and driver hours delivery times are not very flexible.
